Andover was founded in 1976 in Andover, Massachusetts. In the beginning, the company made its mark manufacturing adhesive coated athletic tape, hence
its original name, Andover Coated Products. In the 30 years since, the company has
relocated several times and grown tremendously and is now Andover Healthcare, to
better reflect its product offerings.
