Andover currently has the following job opportunities available.
Production Supervisor(s)
Candidates must have an excellent work ethic and strong written/verbal
communication skills. Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment and
experience with safe operation of manufacturing/processing equipment and
material handling equipment. Familiar with work-in-process control and reporting
systems to measure productivity. Computer proficient across multiple platforms.
At least 5 years of direct management experience. Able to thrive in a
continuously changing environment. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferable.
Maintenance Mechanic
Strong electro/mechanical skills required. Will be responsible for the proper
functioning of plant operations by providing breakdown repairs. Locate and
diagnose failures, replace defective components and perform basis
troubleshooting using standard test equipment. Experience with lamination and
converting equipment a plus . Basic PLC and controller experience required.
Industrial Engineer
Qualified candidates must have a proven ability to develop and implement
manufacturing methods in order to promote efficient and effective resources
utilization; design workspace and process improvements in conjunction with
materials flow; develop reporting systems for evaluating quality and production
systems and to source equipment purchases and upgrades in line with growth of
the company. Experience with applying statistical process control required. BS
in Industrial Engineering required. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years
experience in a manufacturing environment.
